such a great recipe for such a cold, chilly day ! i’m a fan of pasta, red sauce, soup, and vegetables, so this is a winner for me.

i didn’t have tomato sauce, so i used a can of diced tomatoes and a can of stewed tomatoes and then just added 1/2-1 cup of milk and some pasta sauce to thicken it a little.

i liked how easy and quick this was to put together. it was very tasty too, especially hot off the stove and sprinkled with parmesan cheese… yum ! so this is definitely a keeper recipe !
