i’ve always liked french toast… even better than pancakes… especially for brunch. this was a great recipe to try. too bad my pan was way too hot and i almost made a gigantic mess. lance bought me a shiny new set of pots and pans a while ago and i’m still getting used to working with them.

i had to reheat the toast because i didn’t think they were cooked enough. (this was after my poor pan was soiled and useless.) other than that, the bread turned out great and i’ll use this recipe again because it was very easy to whip up.

slather it with maple syrup and butter, sprinkle powdered sugar over it, or top it with your favorite fruit !
